I haven’t actually used them. But I called them for a bid and Jenny helped me. And she was wondrously helpful! This was a new learning curve for me, and she helped me even by thinking of what questions to ask and enlightening me about things in the process. I ended up with a comparable bid, but earlier availability, so I am going with another company. But I would have chosen Mt Baker Roofing otherwise. Here’s a lesson in what great customer service can do, including the invaluable front person, to help people, educate them and influence business decisions.
